TURKEY DAY THREE

the third day we started our bus ride to pamukkale.
the ride to pamukkale was almost 400 kilometres, so here is the first place we stopped to stretch our legs.
so gorgeous landscape from the bus window!
more amazing landscape. so different compared to norway.
our bus, where we spent many hours during the week in turkey.
then we stopped at a restaurant for some lunch, and me and malin had some delicious turkish pizza.
this is outside the restaurant. beautiful, huh?
i think they were growing water melons on those fields, but i don't quite remember...
then we arrived at the entrance to pamukkale.
here we are inside, on our way to the travertines.
and here are the travertines! so freaking gorgeous and fascinating that they're all natural. a natures wonder, i would say.
it was so pretty surroundings aswell.
we enjoyed some ice cream to cool down a bit.
cool trees!
then we sat down by an aqueduct on the travertines to "wash" our feet. haha.
holy moly, just look! how amazing isn't this place?!
we really regretted not bringing our bathing suits when we saw this.
then we walked for some minutes to an antique city called hierapolis.
so much beautiful ruins was remained so well.
this was the main street of the city, and you could still see the traces after the horse wagons.
the public latrines.
this is a part of the cementry, that means someone was buried inside this building.
lovely landscape.
more of the cementry. so fascinating.
we got to see the sunset, and it was so beautiful you have no idea.
then we got here, where our bus picked us up and drove us to the hotel where we were going to spend the night.
our room at c&h hotel in pamukkale. i didn't really like this hotel, but it was okay for one night though. and their food was tasty!
